VOD rental periods are for a set period of time as indicated at the time of purchase. The rental period begins after the date/time of purchase.

Movies cannot be returned. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.


All DVD and Blu-ray products are manufactured and fulfilled on-demand through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each order is produced individually at the time of purchase, all physical media sales are generally considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for DVDs or Blu-rays except in limited cases involving verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted because production and fulfillment begin automatically shortly after purchase.

If your DVD or Blu-ray arrives damaged, defective, or unplayable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged packaging or disc (if applicable)
  • A short video or explanation showing playback issues when possible

If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we may provide a replacement copy at our discretion.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer
  • Minor cosmetic variations in packaging or print alignment
  • Cracked or damaged jewel/DVD cases only
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Playback issues caused by incompatible equipment or unsupported regional formats

Most orders are manufactured and shipped within approximately 24 business hours after processing. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination.

Please note:

  • Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside our control.
  • Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping method.
  • International shipping timelines may vary significantly.

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping payment before reshipment.

Because products are manufactured on demand, returned items are not restocked or resold.

Are DVD and Blu-ray sales final?

Yes. Since all discs are manufactured on-demand, orders are generally final once placed.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

No. Orders begin automated production shortly after submission and cannot be canceled or modified once processing starts.

What should I do if my disc does not play?

Please contact support within 7 days of delivery and provide details about the issue, including photos or video if possible.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives physically damaged or defective, contact us and we will review the issue for possible replacement.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are generally not offered for on-demand physical media purchases unless required by law or approved due to verified fulfillment issues.

What if the DVD case arrives cracked?

Minor case damage alone may not qualify for replacement because standard DVD and Blu-ray cases are replaceable and may occasionally sustain damage during shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within approximately 1 business day after production, though transit time depends on shipping method and destination.

Can I track my package?

Tracking availability depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. Some economy shipping methods may not include detailed tracking updates.

What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?

Please first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

Are these mass-produced retail discs?

No. VIMooZ Cinema discs are manufactured individually on-demand through a professional fulfillment partner.

Will the packaging look exactly like the mockup images?

Product images are representative previews. Minor differences in color, alignment, or packaging appearance may occur during manufacturing.


Merchandise

All merchandise products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases.

This policy is designed to align with our fulfillment partner’s production and return guidelines.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem, including the full item

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, the original item does not need to be returned.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Before submitting a claim, we may ask you to:

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Check with your local carrier or post office
  • Confirm that the package was not left with neighbors or household members

If the shipment is officially determined lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement.

Please note: if tracking information shows the package as successfully delivered, replacements or refunds may not be covered.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a shipment is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

Because merchandise is printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Preference-related concerns

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We currently do not offer size exchanges. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong product, design, color, or size due to a fulfillment error, contact us with photos and your order details. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period and the package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I did not receive the package.

Please first:

  • Check around your delivery location
  • Ask neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local carrier or post office

Packages marked as delivered are generally not eligible for free replacement coverage.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled because the item is custom made.

Do I need to return damaged items?

Usually no. In most approved damage or defect claims, photo verification is sufficient.

How long does merchandise production take?

Because products are made-to-order, orders typically require production time before shipping. Production and shipping estimates may vary depending on product type and demand volume.

Why does my apparel item smell unusual when it arrives?

Some newly printed garments may temporarily have a mild printing odor or slight residue from the production process. This is normal and usually disappears after washing.
