Deliverables
Please upload (as separate files) the following media deliverables:
#1 Film
#1.1 Subtitles / Captions: Non-English language films must include burnt English subtitles.
Optional: you may also upload subtitles in a simple TXT file with extension .vtt/.srt. You may also add subtitles in multiple languages – provided as a TXT file with extension .vtt/.srt.
#2 Trailer
#3 Optional: Clips (at least 2) – 1 minute clips from the movie with NO background music / just dialogue – for marketing and social media.
#4 Optional: Images
#5 Movie poster
Upload Token
- You will receive an Upload Token to complete your file submission.
- If you have not received a token, you may request one by visiting the Filmmaker Contact Page.
- For security purposes, Upload Tokens are valid for 30 days.
- If your token has expired, you will need to request a new one via the Filmmaker Contact Page.
Please keep your Upload Token secure and do not share it with others.
Uploading Your Files
- We recommend uploading smaller deliverables first (such as images, trailers, and clips).
- Upload your feature film or full movie last, as larger files will require significantly more time to complete.
- Please allow sufficient time for large uploads and avoid refreshing or closing your browser during the process.
- Uploading Status [in Progress]: Session created! Uploading 1 file(s)…
- Wait for Upload [Complete] confirmation: ✅ Successfully uploaded 1 file(s) to ______!
